About Gaurav Vashisht

Gaurav Vashisht believes in and is always fascinated by the limitless potential and talent reserves one possesses. Driven by the entrepreneurial will which he has demonstrated in his marketing and brand building endeavours for leading companies, he enthuses the ‘we can, we will’ spirit among the participants in his seminars and workshops.

By way of working on the multitudinal pegs he has devised over the years, from his experience, techniques to pin point the latent potential of the participants.He has been able to bring to the fore these very talents in the mentees and aspirants participating in his corporate training sessions, motivational seminars and leadership workshops. As a motivational speaker and as an esteemed trainer he welcomes and encourages you to take the first step towards attaining the knowledge power which will keep you up and going.

Besides his entrepreneurial venture and job commitments, he has been rendering teaching services for papers like Marketing Management, Marketing of Services, Retail Marketing,Sales & Distribution, Advertising & Sales Promotion, Personality Development programmes, GD & PI skills development and many others, at various institutes and management bodies of repute like Institute of Chartered Accounted of India(ICAI), Jagan Institute of Management Studies(JIMS) Rohini, AIMA, IMT(Distance Learning), Pearl Academy of Fashion(New Delhi), Indian retail School(New Delhi) and many more such premiere institutions. His area of interest has been sales & marketing with core competencies of HRD.

Undergoing the PH.D programme, he specializes his MBA in Marketing with HR as his minor subject.One of his signature motivational workshop, delivered at various institutional platforms, is based upon the gyst of super hit flicks from bollywood Border and Lagaan, where he has extracted the management lessons demonstrated in the beautifully crafted scenes and enacted flawlessly into day to day life experiences at work and elsewhere to understand the dynamics of teambuilding, leadership and human management skills. He could elevate himself to the new challenges, difficulties since his early days of professional carreer and hence could see many facets of life, which gave him immense learning. Currently he is successfully running his entrepreneurial venture, in the shape of an International BPO with significant employee strength working with him.

Gaurav Vashisht is currently associated with an International BPO Centre in Delhi, by the name of Panache BPO ,taking care of operations and business development, since October 2007, as Executive Director.

He has worked with the emerging brands like SPICE Ltd, Just Dial (P) Ltd. and has delivered remarkably. He started his professional career in 2003 with Global Tea Estate Ltd. as a marketing executive. Soon after the completion of MBA programme he got placed in Spice Ltd, a well known brand, as an Asst Manager-Sales. Later on he joined Just Dial (P) Ltd, India’s No. 1 local search engine, as Area Sales Manager, which was a significant jump over his last designation held.
